Orders
Where is my order confirmation email?
In some cases, it can sometimes slip into your junk folder so please do have a look in there before contacting us. If you cannot see it then please do get in contact with our customer service team at info@nomawold.com and we will be able to check and re-send the order confirmation to you.
Where is my order?
Once you place an order a confirmation email will be sent to your email address and once despatched there will be a tracking link in which you can track every step. Any delays will always be communicated to you by email.
When will I get my order?
There are different shipping options such as premium delivery and standard delivery. Depending on the option you chose, you should get your order within 4-5 business days (standard delivery) or premium delivery within 1-2 days.
Can I cancel, change or add an item to my order?
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order as we try to process all orders as soon as possible so it arrives quickly to you. We are sorry for this however if you would like any additional items please place a new order or you can start a return once they are delivered if you no longer want the items.
Shipping, returns and refund
How do I return an item?
Please follow the instructions on your returns note or policy and if all requirements are met then your return will be processed and you should be able to receive your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your item has reached us we will try to process your refund as soon as possible. The whole process can take up to 14 days with refunds appearing 3 to 5 business days on your bank or credit card statement.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted items and you can place a new order for the required items.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Do not worry, if this happens the driver will attempt to deliver your parcel again on the same day. If they are unsuccessful again then they will leave a calling card informing you of the next steps in getting your parcel to you. A calling card would also be left if the parcel was left in a designated safe location.
Can I change my shipping address?
Sorry, once an order has been processed, we are not able to change the delivery address on your order. However, you can track every step of your order via the despatch email and can make changes.

Do your cushion covers include cushion pads?
No, they are sold separately with different sizes, we recommend a size up to get the best full look.
How should I care for my products?
All instructions for care will be written on the label and depending on the item there are different care instructions. Please have a look and follow the care recommendation to get the best out of your items.
